#11: Embracing Inner Peace: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Healing

When you are really stuck. Then simply take the time for yourself to sit and breathe. Take time to accept the situation. Take time to allow it to engulf you, to wrap you in itself. Accept it. Then let it slowly exit from you like mist, like emptying a cup, like sand slipping away. And begin to transition into the positivity that the future holds. Everything that happens to you or will happen to you is inevitable, so live in the expectation that all possible scenarios are going to happen anyways one day, releasing you from the shock or surprise when they do come around. 

This is why you should focus on raising your vibrations, so that you can always remain in a state of abundance, so that when a difficult scenario does come face to face with you, you are able to deal with it with a mindset of abundance. And convert all following thoughts and actions into positive outcomes. The universe is continuously testing whether you are ready for what’s to come next, but if you constantly let it know that you are thankful for everything that it gives you then that sends the signal that you are forever ready for greatness, and so the rhythm is mirrored and sent your way.


Try it out:

  • For the next 5 days, refrain from classifying your feelings as positive or negative, and treat them as facts presented to you. 
  • Now observe this sheet of facts as separate from your experience of life, which exists simply with your breath and your heart-beat. 
  • Explain to yourself that you will joyfully experience the calmness of your breath and the greatness it emits from your heart, regardless of any situation. 
  • Sit and experience the breath and the amplifying beauty of the heart. When you feel settled, return to those facts and harsh realities and understand they don’t hold near as much power as the heart or breath. 
  • Understand that they have no physical form. They are mere waves here to cause interference, but you possess the power to tune them in the right direction with the positive power of the breath and heart.

The essence is to spend greater time tuned to the feeling of greatness and wholeness, separate from the non-physical problems of life. The essence is to realize that our experience of the world is born from within and also felt from within. So if we create a space within which resonates with that of splendor and simplicity of the breath and heart, we begin to separate ourselves from the harsh realities that mostly are reflections of the garden we have left to wilt within. 

For those who are in exceedingly unfavorable scenarios to begin with, whilst it may be difficult to embody this idea, the mere chance that you dedicate moments of your time to create the separation from your situation and choose to spend time bathing in the peace of your breath and heart, know that you reside in a place of safety and where your energies are multiplied in wholeness and healing.
